We are passionate about providing personalized learning experiences through our 1:1 and small group (3:1) tutoring sessions.

After each tutoring session, our tutors complete a rubric that includes feedback. Our team then analyzes the student’s growth and tracks their progress towards mastering a skill or standard on a daily basis.

We customize our sessions based on each student’s learning style. After conducting a personality test and chatting with the student, we create an individualized learning plan tailored to their needs.

We work closely with the school to accommodate sessions and assess student needs, tailoring individualized learning plans accordingly.

We use our Platform,  Zoom or Google Meets, previous test exercises, our material, IXL, Eureka gamification as Kahoot!, genially and more.

We administer a personality assessment to understand students better, enabling us to match them with a tutor whose teaching style aligns with their needs.

We collaborate closely through various communication channels such as WhatsApp direct messages, groups, Google Chat, emails, Google Meet video conferencing, and surveys.

Our cost structure is based on the number of hours provided.  We start at $35/hour, and price breaks occur as schools purchase more hours.

We specialize in 1-1 tutoring because we consider it makes the most impact to the students, but we can also work with schools 2-1 or 3-1 tutoring if budget is an issue.

We do our internal analysis with the resources we have to present to school leaders, teachers, and parents. We are currently working to purchase licenses with I-Ready and NWEA in order to have a nationwide assessment report.

We believe that every student should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our tutors help to improve the confidence of each student through positive praise and by bringing out the best in them. We also maintain constant communication with the school team to work together in finding solutions.

When we receive a concern or grievance, we initiate an investigation with our team consisting of the Student Success Manager, Tutor Success Manager, and Operations Lead. Depending on the nature of the issue, we address it and provide communication and solutions through the respective team member. We also provide our customers with a directory to help them identify whom to contact in specific cases.

Yes, our tutoring program is customizable. Some schools decide they want to use their own curriculum or focus on specific learning standards with their students. We can also meet with teachers and plan with them the best instruction for their students.
